1. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated informational and donation text messages (SMS and MMS) from Capitol Resources, Inc. DBA CampaignHQ (“CampaignHQ”) to the mobile telephone number you provided at signup or any other number you designate. These messages may include informational updates, event invitations, promotions, customer experience surveys, and service solicitations, collectively referred to as the “Programs.”

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

2. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your plan and applicable charges.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. CampaignHQ reserves the right to change the frequency of messages sent, including increasing or decreasing the number of messages, and to change the phone number or short code from which messages are sent.

Please note: Not all mobile devices or carriers are supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. CampaignHQ, its service providers, and the participating mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Programs at any time by replying to any CampaignHQ message with one of the following keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Upon opting out, you may receive a confirmation message.

These are the only valid and reasonable methods for opting out. Using alternative words or phrases or making verbal requests to opt out will not be recognized as a valid means of unsubscribing.

If you are subscribed to multiple Programs across different short codes or long codes, you must opt out separately from each one.

For assistance, reply HELP to any CampaignHQ message or email us at info@chq.us.

Please note: Sending HELP or contacting support is not a valid method of opting out. You must follow the opt-out procedure described above.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Programs are provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. They may be affected by changes made by your wireless carrier (e.g., product, software, or coverage changes). CampaignHQ is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery, as transmission is subject to your wireless service provider and network operator.
